Netscape has now re-placed the Navigator/Mozilla download back onto its servers for public consumption. Apparently this time this is the offical preview release of the new standards-based browser. You can download the file from href="http://www.netscape.com/download/previewrelease.html?cp=dowsea" target="_new">http://www.netscape.com/download/.
